How far in advance should I book my party?
We recommend booking your party at least 4-5 weeks out to secure your selection of date and character.
Will the characters be wearing masks?
All of our face character performers, face painters and party hosts will be wearing a mask or face shield as required by the State of Georgia, where we are licensed. We will also continue to follow all local laws and restrictions to ensure the health and safety of you, your guests and our performers' wellbeing. Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to hold your date for a character party. That money is applied to your overall balance.
Can I change or cancel my party?
We know sometimes unforeseen events can occur. We will gladly make changes to your party for you at no additional cost. If you need to reschedule for a date yet unknown, you have 6 months to book using the original deposit.
Do you accept tips?
Yes! If you think your performer was outstanding, gratuity is always appreciated but is never expected.
What is your inclement weather policy?
We ask that you provide an indoor alternative for events when weather is above 85 degrees or below 55 degrees, for the health and safety of our performers and your guests. Should the weather be so extreme that winds, heavy rain, snow or ice prevent our performers from reaching you safely, we will reschedule your event on our next available date.
What is your pet policy?
Please have all animals secured in a location away from the event so that they are not uncomfortable with new people or characters.
How many children can you accommodate?
Our private parties are designed for up to 10 participants including the birthday child. You may add additional participants for an additional charge of $10 per child. The only package without a restriction on participants is our Meet & Greet package.
What time should the Character arrive?
We recommend characters arriving at least 30 mins after your guests arrive to ensure everyone is present before your Character makes their Grand Entrance.
Where do you offer parties?
Parties can be scheduled in your home, church, park or other public venue. Keep in mind that any events over 40 miles from our office will be assessed a travel fee of $35. For events over 80 miles roundtrip please contact us for a booking quote.
